Set MoonCrumble as your homepage
You can set MoonCrumble as the page your browser opens when you click the Home button or when the browser starts.

Note: Most browsers do not allow websites to set themselves as your homepage automatically. You need to change this manually in your browser settings.
Google Chrome
Chrome has two related settings:
- Homepage is the page that opens when you click the Home button.
- Startup page is the page that opens when you launch Chrome.
Set MoonCrumble as your Home button page
- Open Chrome.
- Click ⋮ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Appearance.
- Turn on Show Home button.
- Choose the custom page option.
- Enter:

- Save the setting.
Set MoonCrumble as your startup page
- Open Chrome.
- Click ⋮ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to On startup.
- Select Open a specific page or set of pages.
- Select Add a new page.
- Enter:

- Click Add.
Chrome on Android
- Open Chrome.
- Tap ⋮.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Advanced, tap Homepage.
- Choose a custom page.

Chrome on iPhone and iPad
Chrome for iPhone and iPad does not currently let you set a custom homepage. You can bookmark MoonCrumble or add it to your Home Screen instead.
Safari
Safari on Mac
Safari lets you choose a homepage and decide when it appears.
- Open Safari.
- Choose Safari → Settings.
- Click General.
- In the Homepage field, enter:

- To open MoonCrumble in new windows, set New windows open with to Homepage.
- To open MoonCrumble in new tabs, set New tabs open with to Homepage.
Safari on iPhone and iPad
Safari on iPhone and iPad does not work like desktop Safari. It does not provide the same custom homepage setting.
You can add MoonCrumble to your Home Screen instead:
- Open MoonCrumble in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name.
- Tap Add.
This creates an icon that opens MoonCrumble directly.
Microsoft Edge
Edge also separates the Home button page from the startup page.
Set MoonCrumble as your Home button page
- Open Edge.
- Click ⋯ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Start, home, and new tab page.
- Turn on Show home button on the toolbar.
- Choose Enter URL.
- Enter:

- Save the setting.
Set MoonCrumble as your startup page
- Open Edge.
- Click ⋯ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Start, home, and new tab page.
- Under When Edge starts, choose Open these pages.
- Click Add a new page.

Firefox
Firefox lets you set a custom homepage from the Home settings panel.
Set MoonCrumble as your homepage
- Open Firefox.
- Click ☰ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Select Home.
- Find Homepage and new windows.
- Choose Custom URLs.
- Enter:

Alternative: use the Home button
- Open MoonCrumble in Firefox.
- Drag the MoonCrumble tab onto the Home button.
- Confirm the prompt.
Note: If you do not see the Home button, you can enable it by customizing the Firefox toolbar.
Brave
Brave uses Chrome-style settings.

- Open Brave.
- Click ☰ or ⋮ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Get Started or On startup.
- Select Open a specific page or set of pages.
- Click Add a new page.
- Enter:

- Open Brave.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Appearance.
- Turn on Show Home button.

Opera
Opera focuses on its built-in start page and Speed Dial, but you can choose pages to open when Opera starts.
Set MoonCrumble as your startup page
- Open Opera.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Basic.
- Find On startup.
- Select Open a specific page or pages.
- Add:

Add MoonCrumble to Opera Speed Dial
- Open a new tab in Opera.
- Click Add a site or the + button on the Speed Dial page.
- Enter:

- Save it.
Troubleshooting
If your homepage or startup page keeps changing:
- Check whether a browser extension is controlling your homepage.
- Check whether your browser is managed by work, school, or another organization.
- Remove unwanted extensions.
- Reset your browser settings if needed.
If you are using a work or school device, your administrator may control the homepage or startup page.
